Day 1 is complete. I couldn't say my workout is complete because it's not so much... a workout.. in the traditional respects. I called it a "thing" last night when talking to Will. It's an interesting set of exercises compared to the Peak Condition Project. I'm really looking forward to seeing what else gets tossed in here.
Will started the PCP about 10 days before I ended. Now, it's the opposite, as I'm starting the KFB about 10 days before his PCP ends. As long as one person in the house is always healthy and exercising on a regular basis, eating good food, everyone should stay reasonably fit. If only there was a way to get Seabass up and at 'em.
I almost cut all my hair off again, but my friend was begging me to keep it. So I compromised, and went with the #3 clippers. After being bald so long, I just can't stand hair being on my head, it feels like some fuzzy animal is surrounding me trying to eat my brains.
My picture for today is a bit low quality, it's from the MacBook Pro's camera. Will has the good one. From first glance, we can see my body kept most of its definition, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY FRACKING MISS MY BICEPS. They were much more defined, with less fat. Like the kind you expect to burst through the skin.
Meditation was fun. I didn't really know what to think about, other than nothing. So I basically focused on my life and the basics of what I was doing and what I wanted to change.
Also- if you have an iPod Touch or an iPhone, I recommend Zen Bound. If for nothing else, the soundtrack. They actually have the soundtrack free at http://zenbound.com/ if you sign up for their newsletter. I listened to this during my workout today, and it was great (all but the stretching/meditation, which I thought would be more calming without the interruption of audio).
I hope everyone else enjoyed their Day 1 as much as me! Time to eaaaatttttttttttt!
Yes, it is a thing compared to PCP, but a good thing. I really enjoyed the all of it.
ReplyDeleteDefinition is still there for sure. I doubt it will take long to get it back to where you'd like it.
Thanks. I thought the all of it was pretty delightful as well.
ReplyDeleteyou must also remember we are only on Day 1 and which means that we still have much to come and alot is going to change. I'm sure we all know the workouts are only going to get harder... physically and mentally.
ReplyDeleteKeep the faith! This thing will get mucho real soon I am sure. Gonna need all of our left-over PCP energy to get thru it I suspect.
