OH MY GAWD TODAY'S WORKOUT WAS SO INCREDIBLY DIFFIC... it was fine. What sucks is that I'm going to have a couple teeth extracted today and I can't eat or drink 8 hours before surgery. I made sure I went to bed nourished and hydrated last night, and took it easy in my workout this morning, because I knew I wouldn't be able to later today.
I knew this would be a rough week when I signed up for it, I don't mind though. I just hope I'm completely conscious tomorrow for my workout. Liquid meals for a couple days is nothing new. Even off the PCP, I was drinking milk and eggs as a meal a lot of the time. Gotta go buy some yogurt and low-sodium veggie juice, and more bananas for blending...

Also, Week 1 Morning Stretch seems to be fingertips to floor, but I know very well I can almost plant my hands.. feeling stiff this morning. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
We all know you're capable of a deeper forward bend. The morning stretch is just a calibration technique.
