Hmmm... so for today at least, jumping or jogging is out of the question. I may go for a long walk later, if I feel less woozy through my drug/pain-induced haze. The up and down motion was too much for my jaw and swollen gum.
Made it through the strength exercises doing the minimum. Skipped the punches/kicks because I was physically exhausted after the others. Stretches were nice, but still tough, and almost fell asleep during meditation. Haha.
Now laying down for the rest of the day with my chipmunk cheeks. Hoping to find some Top Gear to watch, and organize my files.
I've been taking this time as a mindfulness exercise. Yesterday I took a moment to organize most of my bookmarks. I have them synced between two browsers on my PC, 3 on my mac, one on my Ubuntu OS, and my iPhone. They've been a mess for a while, but I got it mostly squared away. Today I hope to organize the rest of my files, and square away my messy room.
Awww...chipmunk cheeks! Cute!
ReplyDeleteSee I love how relaxing meditation is too... but the thing is that while you are meditating you have to be aware of your posture and that you aren't closing your eyes and drifting off into la la land... thats the hard part :P
ReplyDeletemmm, i'm very aware. the problem is staying aware through the wooziness of pain medication.
